The game communicates with Neo PS server endpoints to handle accounts, levels, statistics and other online features. Your account data and game statistics are stored on the Neo PS server.

An account is required for features that need server-side progress, statistics, leaderboards or other account-based functionality.

Use the account registration system provided by Neo PS. Choose a username and a secure password and provide any information required during registration.

Use the password recovery feature if it is available. If you cannot recover your account, contact Neo PS staff through the official support channels.

If email management is enabled for your account, you can use the account settings or the corresponding recovery feature to update it.

Neo PS can provide an optional Discord account-linking system. When you link your accounts, your Discord identity can be associated with your Neo PS account for supported features.

Discord linking can be used for account verification, notifications, community features and other Neo PS systems. Only use the official Neo PS bot for account-linking actions.

Leaderboards show players ranked according to their server statistics. Depending on the available systems, rankings can include stars, moons, demons and user coins.

Statistics normally update when the game successfully communicates with the server. Connection problems, server maintenance or temporary synchronization issues can delay updates.

The Demon List is a community-based ranking system for difficult levels. Levels can be submitted and reviewed according to the rules established by the Neo PS community.

Use the Demon List submission system when submissions are open. Follow the submission requirements and provide the information requested by the system.

The SFX Converter is a Neo PS utility for converting supported audio files into the format used by the corresponding game/server workflow.

The converter may be temporarily disabled during maintenance or when the Neo PS administration has disabled the service.

First, check your internet connection and make sure you are using a supported Neo PS client. If the problem continues, the server may be experiencing maintenance or downtime.
