Terms of Service

Welcome to Neo PS. These Terms of Service explain the basic rules and conditions that apply when using the Neo PS website, game server, accounts and related services.

1. Acceptance of These Terms

You may not need to accept this, but here are some terms RobTop has to leave since I didn't originally create Geometry Dash or Jump.

2. Eligibility

You may use Neo PS only when permitted by the laws and requirements applicable to you and by the rules of any third-party services involved.

If a feature has additional age or eligibility requirements, those requirements must also be followed.

3. Neo PS Accounts

Some Neo PS features require an account. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.

• Do not share your password with other people.
• Do not intentionally impersonate another player.
• Do not create accounts for abusive or fraudulent purposes.
• Do not use another player's account without permission.
• Provide accurate information when information is required for a feature.

4. Account Security

You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless the activity resulted from circumstances outside your reasonable control.

If you believe someone has obtained unauthorized access to your account, contact Neo PS staff through the official support channels.

5. Acceptable Use

Neo PS is intended to provide a fun and safe community experience. You agree not to intentionally abuse the service.

• Do not intentionally disrupt or overload the server.
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts or systems.
• Do not intentionally exploit security vulnerabilities for abuse.
• Do not distribute malicious software through Neo PS services.
• Do not use bots or automated tools to abuse server systems.
• Do not manipulate statistics or rankings through unauthorized methods.
• Do not harass, threaten or intentionally target other community members.
• Do not attempt to bypass restrictions or punishments.

6. Cheats, Exploits and Abuse

Neo PS may use technical systems and administrative tools to detect abuse, cheating, unauthorized access and manipulation of server data.

Using an exploit or vulnerability to gain an unfair advantage, manipulate statistics or damage the service may result in account or server restrictions.

7. Levels and User Content

Neo PS may allow users to submit or publish levels and other game-related content.

You are responsible for the content you submit and should only submit content that you are permitted to share.

Neo PS may remove content that violates server rules, interferes with the service, or is otherwise inappropriate for the community.

8. Leaderboards and Statistics

Neo PS may provide leaderboards and statistics such as stars, moons, demons or user coins.

Rankings and statistics may be corrected, reset or removed when necessary to address bugs, exploits, cheating, synchronization problems or server maintenance.

9. Demon List

Neo PS may operate a community Demon List or similar ranking system.

Submissions may be reviewed according to the rules and moderation procedures established by the Neo PS community. Placement on a list is not guaranteed simply because a level has been submitted.

10. Discord Integration

Neo PS may provide optional Discord-related features, including account linking and notifications.

Discord is a separate service and is governed by its own terms and policies. Your use of Discord remains subject to Discord's rules.

11. Third-Party Services

Neo PS may use or interact with third-party services to provide certain features.

Neo PS does not control the policies, availability or operation of third-party services. Their own terms and privacy policies may apply when you use them.

12. Server Availability

Neo PS is provided as a fan-made community service. We may temporarily disable, modify or maintain services when necessary.

Server availability, features, statistics and other systems may change over time.

13. Maintenance and Resets

Neo PS may perform maintenance, updates or database changes. These operations may temporarily affect access to the service or certain features.

In exceptional circumstances, game data, statistics or other server information may need to be corrected or reset.

14. Moderation

Neo PS staff may take action when users violate these Terms, community rules or otherwise abuse the service.

Possible actions may include warnings, temporary restrictions, removal of content, account restrictions or permanent bans, depending on the circumstances.

15. Appeals

If you believe moderation action was applied incorrectly, you may contact the Neo PS administration through the official support channels.

Appeals should be made respectfully and should contain enough information for staff to understand the situation.

16. Privacy

Your use of Neo PS is also subject to the Neo PS Privacy Policy, which explains how information may be handled by the service.

17. Changes to These Terms

These Terms of Service may be updated when Neo PS introduces new features, changes its services or updates its community rules.

Continued use of Neo PS after an updated version is published means that you agree to the updated terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

18. Service Changes or Termination

Neo PS may modify, suspend or discontinue individual features or services when necessary.

Access to an account or service may also be restricted when required for security, moderation, maintenance or other legitimate operational reasons.

19. Disclaimer

Neo PS is provided as a fan-made project. While reasonable efforts may be made to keep the service functional and secure, uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.

Features may contain bugs or temporary problems, and server data may occasionally be affected by technical issues.

20. Contact

If you have questions about these Terms of Service, server rules or moderation, please contact the Neo PS administration through the official support channels.
